The service
Creator Decoder, operated by Meimark Ltd, produces analytical teardown reports of publicly visible Instagram content: measured statistics and written analysis of hooks, structure, pacing and asks. The service is provided as-is; by using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
Running a decode requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. The free tier includes a monthly decode allowance per account; opening multiple accounts to bypass it, automating requests against the service, or reselling access is not permitted and can lead to limits or termination.
Acceptable use
The service analyzes only public content, and you may only use it for lawful purposes — researching creative craft and comparing it with your own. You may not use it to harass or target individuals, or in violation of any platform's terms applicable to you.
Reports and intellectual property
Reports are generated for you and you may use them freely for your own work. The public content analyzed remains the property of its creators; Instagram is a trademark of its owner, with whom we are not affiliated. The Creator Decoder software, design and brand remain ours.
Automated analysis
The written parts of a report are produced by automated analysis, including AI models, and can contain mistakes. Measured numbers are computed from public data; written findings are interpretation, not fact, and nothing in a report is a guarantee of results on any platform.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, you can request an export of your data beforehand as described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the date above changes and continued use means acceptance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meimark Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (for the free tier: zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — to be completed by Meimark Ltd before launch], and disputes belong to the courts of that jurisdiction.
